Warranty and Returns

One additional note on returns: For orders delivered outside the USA we’re unable to refund any customs duties or import fees when you return a watch to us.

For domestic orders within the USA and for all APO/FPO addresses, we ship using USPS Priority Mail. For international orders we use DHL Express or USPS Priority Mail.

We always provide tracking information and shipping insurance for your orders.

Sales Tax
We add required sales tax for orders shipped to California.

Customs and Import Duties
All Lōcī orders ship from the USA. For orders sent to addresses outside the USA, customers may be charged import duties and/or customs fees. We are unable to calculate or collect these currently. The fees are determined by your country’s applicable laws and their payment is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Meta Pay. We offer purchase financing through Shopify’s Shop Pay.

Watch Service and Repairs
During the three-year warranty period service and repairs must be performed by Lōcī to maintain the balance of your warranty. Service performed by other parties invalidates the remainder of your warranty.

There is an exception to this for battery replacement in our quartz movement watches. To maintain coverage under Lōci’s warranty, customers must have the battery replaced by a qualified watchmaker and the watch must be pressure tested for water resistance to its original depth specification. Please keep your documentation for the battery change and water resistance testing as we will need this to honor any warranty claim subsequent to the battery change. Sending your watch to Lōcī for a battery change also maintains your warranty coverage.

Owners’ Manuals
In keeping with Lōcī’s mission to protect and preserve the environment, we do not enclose printed owners’ manuals with our watches. Electronic versions of our owners’ manuals can be found here.

Lōcī does not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share your information with business partners when it’s necessary to process and fulfill orders and repair/service requests you place (e.g., with payment processors, delivery services).

We may share your information with business partners in connection with our advertising and marketing activities (e.g., for targeting ads or creating audiences on Instagram).

Order Analysis
We reserve the right to refuse orders we suspect to be fraudulent or placed for the purpose of reselling (a.k.a., “flipping”) the item being purchased.
